Meet Phillip Poinsatte
President & CEO
Phil is an energetic and determined operations, strategy, sales and marketing executive with over 20 years of experience leading within global, startup, and private equity owned companies in retail and wholesale environments across the SaaS, personal mobility, and automotive industries. Repeatedly recruited and promoted for his ability to provide solutions and deliver results, Phil has expertise in strategic planning, performance management, acquisitions and integrations, technology, and finance, as well as vast operational knowledge and extensive C-suite exposure.
Our President leads GRN South Boston with a commitment to excellence that sets the industry standard.
A charismatic leader, Phil directed teams as large as 100 members, executed acquisitions and integrations, managed successfully up and down, coached staff to achieve maximum potential, and mentored team members to leadership positions. He is known for his integrity, tireless work ethic, problem-solving ability, and commitment to the success of organizations, teams, and individuals, and has received multiple awards for sales, customer satisfaction, and management.
Phil now uses his broad experience to quickly adapt to new environments, evaluate challenges, identify opportunities, and develop and execute strategies to drive results for those with whom he works with. With a focus on always providing the best experience for his clients, he cultivates loyal relationships across all levels of organizations and with diverse external stakeholders to ensure employment candidates get the best possible career opportunities and organizations get best in class talent.

Drawing from a rich background rooted in the legacy of my family's 82-year-old car business, I've gained invaluable insights into the pivotal role of culture and individuals in achieving success and longevity. Through the tumultuous period of Chrysler's darkest days, I not only witnessed my family weather the storm but also how we steered our business towards financial resilience, employee retention, and strength within the community. This journey has instilled in me a profound understanding of the critical synergy between the right personnel, customer experience, and a conducive environment within a company.
During my tenure at BMW of North America, I deepened my appreciation for the significance of the people around me, honed my knack for identifying and selecting top-tier talent to strengthen teams, and developing talent for the future. Additionally, my recent foray into the mobility industry where I performed acquisitions and mergers, enabled me to embrace calculated risks, expedite decision-making processes, and successfully integrate acquired businesses and their personnel.
Now, I have taken it upon myself to guide others through the maze of discovering fulfilling careers while assisting organizations in pinpointing individuals who perfectly align with their unique needs and cultural ethos.
